Hello Everyone! So I have a few things that I have to talk about that I want you to ponder over for me! Ok! So I have a relative that had some car trouble and needed a new head gasket. I had no idea how complex cars are! So I would say that I am an average driver, I make sure the oil is changed, the tires have air, basic stuff. So while looking online some info about Los Angeles Auto Repair. So While I was looking OMG, I got a little distracted and started reading car reviews So I was looking @ a Ford Explorer. Then I started looking @ other cars and I have come to realize that there are grown adults that drive cars are extremely irresponsible. People seriously drive there cars until the oil light comes on. People never check the fluids in there car. Don't wash there cars. People who literally drive there cars until they are falling apart then complain that the car is not working properly. Seriously!!!!! Wow!!!! How can you spend that amount of money on an item and not take the time to maintain your purchase? The bible says that if you are faithful over another mans stuff God will make you ruler over much! If you cant even take care of your stuff do you seriously believe somebody is gonna let you use there's????????? Let that marinate! Think about how much you appreciate the basic essential as having transportation. I sometimes laugh @ my neighbors because they literally take the carpet out of the trunk of there car to clean it, scrub the rugs, shine up dash etc, every week! They do there own oil changes and wax there car its crazy but the funny thing is there car is paid for and has over 200,000 miles!!! I know right! Gives you a new perspective right!!
So, I don't know if you have been watching but I have been paying attention to my industry. If you don't know I am a certified chef. I take pride in my years and money that I sacrificed for my college education and qualifications it took me to become a chef. I look @ TV and hear people calling themselves: Master Chefs, Executive Chefs, or just Chef in General. To me the title doesn't mean anything you can just call me Krystal but there a people out there who just call themselves chefs with a since of arrogance and don't even have a culinary degree. I am convinced that there is no other industry that someone can just wake up and say they are the top of there profession. I am a true believer of speak those things that be not as though they are but that ain't whats happening!!!! They are just accrediting themselves with no qualifications first! I'm just saying if someone just loved medicine so much and read a few books about pills and decide on day they are a pharmacist would you let them fill your prescriptions???? If someone just loved to draw pictures of building and loved to design would you let them build your house with no knowledge of architecture??? You see where I am going with this!!! We as people really need help with our Ego's & Pride! We have to learn to be humble! If someone calls me a awesome cook that's fine! If you say I really can burn, That's fine. Lets not get consumed in the titles but @ being the best @ what we do. God qualifies you not man! Remember that!!!!
So dinner tonight is gonna be pretty simple since we have church tonight! So I making spinach & cheese turkey burgers and some oven fries. Grab a few potatoes and cut into fries, toss with some oil and seasoning and spread onto a baking sheet and bake @ 400 for 15minutes. So take a handful of fresh spinach and run your knife through it and a half a small onion. Toss into a mixing bowl with a pound of ground turkey, 1 egg, one crumbled slice of bread. Mix it up really good and patty into four nice size burgers. Put burgers into a pan with a little oil in the bottom. Place a top on the burgers to make sure they cook all the way through since we are using turkey. After 5 minutes flip burger and place top back on burgers for 5 more minutes. Then flip one more time and top with a slice of your favorite cheese. Once cheese melts take burgers out of pan! That's about it. Serve with some tomatoes and some crisp lettuce or eat on top of a spinach salad! Yummy! Cant wait til dinner!
Well I just wanted to take this moment to tell you that I appreciate You! That you are special! That there is a treasure inside You! You are beautifully & Wonderfully Made!!! Everything that God Created was good and he created You! I LOVE YOU!!! You Deserve The BEST!!!! Have a wonderful & prosperous day!
Dinner sounds awesome! Can I come? :)
ReplyDeleteThat's one thing I struggle with daily..... making dinner. I can cook decently. I was taught well from my Mom(my Mom is 100% Italian...), but I just don't enjoy it. So, to have dinner ready for my family of 6, it's a labor of love!
I'm so impressed whenever anyone can do it with ease!
Glad to find your blog!

Laughing because with my first car I actually didn't change the oil for the first 15K miles because I didn't realize you had to - then my dad came to visit and couldn't believe I didn't know that :). Now I take very good care of my cars.
