Sunday! Sunday! Sunday!

This is the day that the Lord have made so I will rejoice & be glad in it!! This morning I know that the enemy intended to distract me from getting to church so that I could be a part of the awesome move of God on this morning! My battery was dead so I had to get a jump, we were running late as it was and of course the battery is dead! So, I put a big smile on face and told the devil he ain't gonna win and though I am late I am still expecting a move a God! Church was awesome!!!!!!!!! But God is even better!!!

So We got home and everyone is hungry and I knew what I was gonna cook but didn't cook it yet!!! So here we go, Down home cooked meal in turbo....... 30 minutes seriously....... Not no TV made up food in 30 minutes with a team of 15 chefs behind the scenes cooking either!!!! So I made Beef Tips, White Rice & Lima Beans!!!! So your wondering how in the world did I do it and washed 2 sinks of dishes while I was at it!!! Its not that hard seriously...... So, I had some Mock Tender Steak {Use any steak @ store on sale that says for grilling, that means its a fairly tender cut of meat} So I sliced my meat nice and thin but kind of chunky and put it into a pot that was screaming hot with some oil in the bottom. Put on a big Pot of water! { I know you are wonder for what? To cook the rice!!!!  For years I used to make a disaster out of rice unless it was rice pilaf but plain white rice I could never cook. My hubby told me to boil it like spaghetti and drain it in a colander and every since it has been ON for white rice. That the tip for the day!!! Take a note it really works} Then I sliced a whole onion {yes a whole onion} and put it right in the pot and kept turning my meat until it started to get a nice brown color. I seasoned my beef with some seasoning salt and some granulated garlic. Then dust the top of the beef with flour you wont need much maybe 2 TBSP. Then give it a good stir and it should start to get really thick, then add you some water until it thins out like gravy!!!! If you have stock or broth that would be even better. We use base in our house its like the Holy Grail in making food taste loved up and it really took no time @ all. So add a little base and a dab of butter. Turn the heat down and let it simmer for a few doesn't need long because its already tender!!!  Opened up two cans of Lima beans. Drained all the liquid off of one of the cans! In a hot pot put some butter and add your beans and some Chicken base. Let the get up to hard bubble and then turn them down and let them go while you finish the dishes or throw in a load of clothes. So after about 25 minutes I mashed some of my beans to make them thicken up a little bit & dinner was done! Not that hard right!

I hope that my making meals real encourages you to be better wife, a better mother, a better person that give yourself the best. Today the scripture that ministered to me the most is Matthew 11:28-30 28Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Let the word of God minister to you where you are! You don't have to be a super hero just be your best. God is made perfect in your weakness. I have learned to apply theses principles to my business because I have tried to carry the weight of it all on my shoulders with no success. But when I put it in the masters hands, things begin to work together for my good. Even when I couldn't understand it! Just wanted to encourage your heart on today! Dream bigger! Thinking Bigger! Write down your goals & dreams! {Write the Vision & make it plain} You are Beautifully & Wonderfully Made!!! You are Special!!! I love You!!! Go ahead and smile because I'm smiling with you!!! Have a wonderful & prosperous day!!!!! :) I will get back with you for the deals of the week!!!! I love a deal & I guess I will share some of my secrets!!! Its gonna bless you!!!!
